Established in early 2009, A12 Cars operate the first hybrid Private Hire vehicle licensed through Chelmsford Borough Council.  Based in Stock, we aim to provide a reliable, friendly and value for money Private Hire service for the Chelmsford, Ingatestone, Brentwood and Billericay area.  We are not a Hackney Carriage Taxi or Cab firm, this means we do not ply for trade on the street or taxi rank.  All our bookings are booked in advance (by phone, text or email) and we quote a fixed price for all bookings.
