Welcome to the A12 Cars Online Booking Engine. As you'll see from our homepage, we offer a £5 discount on all airport return bookings. However, with our new online payment feature, earlybirds can now double their discount to £10 for return bookings to the following airports:
All we ask is that your booking is to/from a Chelmsford address (CM1 or CM2) and that you book and pay online at least 7 days in advance. You can pay using your credit or debit card or with your paypal account if you have one. Simply follow our step-by-step instructions on the right and double your discount! Here's how our offer works: 1. Call 08007 566 466 or email A12 Cars to confirm our availability* on the days you wish to travel and provide your booking details. You must contact us at least 9 days in advance of your first journey. 2. Book and pay online using one of the 4 'Buy Now' options below within 48 hours of contacting us (we can't hold your booking for longer than this without receiving payment). If there are 4 passengers travelling with more than 3 suitcases or oversize items such as golf bags or buggies, we strongly recommend you take the Luggage Box option for an additional flat-fee of £10. If in doubt, mention this when contacting us. You can also add some booking details in the 'Instructions to Merchant' box during the payment process. 3. You will receive a confirmation email from service@paypal.co.uk followed by an email from A12 Cars within 24 hours containing all of your booking details. 4. Sit back and relax! We will text you when your car is ready to collect you.

* In the unlikely event that we are fully booked when you wish to travel, we will be happy to extend this offer to your next booking with our apologies. This offer is available to addresses with a CM1 or CM2 postcode only and may be withdrawn at any time, though pre-existing bookings will be honoured. Cancellations: Less than 24 hours to outward journey: 50% refund More than 24 hours: Refund less £20 to cover merchant and administration fees Changes to your booking: Call A12 Cars free on 08007 566 466 immediately. We will always try to accommodate amendments to your original booking, but this may not always be possible. Changes to your booking that bring the outbound journey to within 7 days of the payment date will incur a fee of £10, payable in cash to the driver at the beginning of your journey. |
